Training

We provide comprehensive study support for all students, incorporating the cost of training courses, study leave, exam fees and travel costs. We also provide CPD, internal training and updates and 'soft-skill' courses as well as ongoing practical training and support for our team members.

Partnership Opportunities

In addition to providing traditional accountancy, bookkeeping, compliance and payroll bureau services, Giltinan and Kennedy wishes to expand its present services by offering opportunities to fellow accountancy practitioners and taxation, legal, financial services, IT business services, Human Resources and other specialists who share our philosophy and ethos to set-up or bring their businesses under one umbrella. Each business will be self-accounting but you will benefit from the collective nature of skills and client base and from the marketing infrastructure.

The service delivery of your business will be partner-led as we believe that the relationship between partner and client is fundamental to the provision of sound and appropriate advice.

Our aim is to provide one-stop service centre to our clients. This includes a full range of accounting services from taxation, to financial and general business assistance and an outsourcing service which provides VAT, management accounting and payroll services. Our size and independence will enable us to keep overhead costs to a minimum which means that our fees will be competitive even when compared with smaller practices. We will also be a real alternative to large national firms because we will offer in-house a full range of specialist services.

Presently, we have an office near Horsham – but we would like to have additional offices throughout the South East – business-centred towns such as Brighton, Chichester, Esher and Guildford come to mind. But, more particularly, we are looking for individuals who enjoy providing quality services to the business and personal markets.
