Fixed fees
Our fees are very competitive and by using online services, remote accounting and email wherever possible we save money and pass these cost savings onto our clients, as well as being more environmentally friendly, which benefits everyone. All accounting and taxation work is done by a qualified and experienced accountants, and not delegated to unqualified staff nor subcontracted as is increasingly the case with many accounting practices. You are therefore guaranteed a consistent, personal service from an accountant who takes an interest in you and your business.
Our goal is to provide a high quality service at a reasonable price, within budget and without any surprises. We introduced fixed fees and a service menu in 2006 as a natural extension of our support to our clients. There are no hidden extras in our pricing structure and we agree all fees in advance.

We calculate our fees based on the complexity of your business, volume of transactions and quality of your accounting records. All we require is a copy of your accounting records so that we can prepare a written quotation tailored for your business which will be valid for 30 days.
If you choose our bookkeeping service, we will agree a fee based on the expected number of transactions.
The above are typical fees and apply to the majority of our clients and exclude VAT, which is a tax deductible expense for your business and disbursements. All fixed annual fees are payable monthly spread over the year (12 months) by monthly standing order.
