Fixed fees
Our fees are very competitive and by using online services, remote accounting and email wherever possible we save money and pass these cost savings onto our clients.
All accounting and taxation work is carried out by qualified and experienced accountants and not delegated to unqualified staff or subcontracted as is increasingly the case with other practices. When you work with us, you are guaranteed a consistent, personal service from an accountant who takes a genuine interest in you and your business.
Our goal is to provide a high quality service at a reasonable price, within budget and without any surprises. We introduced fixed fees and a service menu in 2006 as a natural extension of our support to our clients. There are no hidden extras in our pricing structure and we agree all fees in advance.
Using this service, you proactively supply us with all the information that we need. We will specify at the outset, what this entails.
We calculate our fees based on the complexity of your business, volume of transactions and quality of your accounting records. All we require is a copy of your accounting records so that we can prepare a written quotation tailored for your business, which will be valid for 30 days.
If you choose our bookkeeping service, we will agree a fee based on the expected number of transactions.
All fixed annual fees are spread over the year (12 months) and are payable monthly, by standing order.
