Dermot is a Partner at Giltinan & Kennedy LLP and a highly experienced Financial Accountant. He advises a broad portfolio of clients on complex accounting matters, supporting businesses, charities, and individuals — from small local enterprises to multinational organisations.

Known for his approachable manner and strong client relationships, Dermot enjoys meeting clients and understanding their individual accountancy needs. His practical, solutions-focused approach helps ensure clarity and compliance across all aspects of their finances.

Outside of work, Dermot enjoys family time and long walks with his dog, Ben — a familiar face and much-loved resident at the office.

Zena O’Halloran

Zena joined Giltinan & Kennedy LLP in 2014 and is now a Partner at the firm. With a strong background in customer service, she brings a client-first approach and plays a key role in the firm’s strategic growth.

Known for her collaborative style and ability to build lasting relationships, Zena works closely with clients to ensure they receive proactive, personalised support. Her leadership helps drive the firm’s high standards and continued success.

Outside of work, Zena enjoys time with her children and ten grandchildren and has a passion for musicals and West End shows.

Krisztina Kezer

Krisztina joined Giltinan & Kennedy LLP in January 2018, bringing a wealth of accountancy knowledge to the team. She is a qualified member of the AAT and is currently completing her ACCA qualification. Krisztina is also a certified Advanced Pro Advisor in QuickBooks. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Education and Economics.

Her experience spans the hospitality, healthcare, and construction sectors, complementing the firm’s diverse client portfolio. Outside of work, Krisztina enjoys sailing regularly and is currently restoring a boat with her partner.
